SWEET JESUS.
This gif was the most frustrating gif I have EVER made.
I tried to do it in GIMP, but I couldn't figure it out and couldn't find any tutorials either.
So I had to turn to Photoshop.
Oh man. I've never even opened Photoshop in my life before, and let me tell you, damn, it's the scariest thing ever.
I thought it'd be a piece of cake, but I couldn't even figure out how to make a simple gif.
I looked up a bunch of tutorials to make this.

Anyway. I made this gif of Glitch and people were pointing out that it's Mo's "victory move" at the end of a routine. You guys were right, so I wanted to throw this gif together for you!
Sorry it sucks; I am no Photoshop expert at all.
